Copyright and content
Copyright and licensing apply separately to the site text, original diagrams, and third-party material.
Site text and software
Rights are claimed only in qualifying original contributions to the everyday software, interface copy, selection and arrangement, and movement diagrams to the extent copyright law protects them. No ownership of a clinician’s original uploads is claimed.
Exercise facts
Names of movements and general exercise facts are not claimed as exclusive property. Source links identify educational references; those organizations do not endorse everyday.
Images and animations
Original movement diagrams are identified as original educational diagrams. CDC demonstrations are identified as public-domain United States government works. Any Creative Commons material retains its stated attribution and license.
Your uploads
You retain rights in content you upload and grant the service permission to store and display it as part of programs you create. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use it.
Reporting concerns
Disputed or potentially infringing material should be removed promptly after a documented report and review. A formal copyright-reporting address and takedown process must be established before commercial launch.
Scope of the copyright claim
Copyright may protect qualifying human-authored wording, software, selection and arrangement, and original diagrams. No claim is made over exercise methods, facts, names, short phrases, public-domain material, or material that lacks the human authorship required by law. Registration and ownership records should be reviewed before enforcement or commercial licensing.
